Please note that purchasers may incur 3rd party fees on refunds.To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

    1. Pack the item(s) and all paperwork back into the original box with all protective covers and foam.
    2. Do not write on the manufacturer's box (if there is one).
    3. Make a copy of the invoice for your records, and place the original invoice inside the box.

    Please submit your return request within 14 days of the shipping date or within 7 days of receiving the goods, except for warranty claims.To get started with the return process, please reach out to us via email or phone to discuss the issue. We'll be happy to assist you and authorize the return.Please note that you'll be responsible for shipping charges when returning items to us.
