Requests for cancellations should be made as soon as possible after ordering, as we strive to complete your order as quickly as possible, which may be within hours of your purchase being placed. Products cannot be cancelled after they are sent. Under no circumstances may products marked as "May be subject to backorder" be cancelled. Please be aware that there are never any cancellations or adjustments allowed for Next Day or Click & Collect despatch products.

• the Manager will provide, with the notice of their decision, information on further action you can take if you are dissatisfied with the decision.
